Customer Loyalty Platform for a major Thai Energy Drink Company
In the matter of
years, The largest Thailand's energy drink
company has achieved tremendous success by
targeting blue collar and office workers around
the world. With the continual and consistent
growth of the business, the brand has been
expanded to international markets covering all
overs energy drinks, sports drinks, drinking
water, 3 in 1 coffee and canned
coffee.
Even though they are successful now, the business is still intense and customers' behavior constantly changing. The customer loyalty program is one of the strategies that can help business keep customers happy and increase repeat business. Repeat customers are easy to sell and always spend more money because they likely trust the business enough to purchase more. Finding new customers may cost the business five times more on advertising but with the loyalty of repeat customers, they will promote the product they like to others themselves like word of mouth marketing.
In order to increase loyalty program ROI and overall consumer retention, companies have taken to expanding their loyalty rewards to incorporate social and behavioral actions, such as loyalty card, referral rewards, point or coupon collector, etc.
TIS has an opportunity to help energy drink company to build a Customer Loyalty Platform which enables consumers to win coupons and redeem it at other merchants & partners and integrate with LINE platform. Collaborating 3rd party coupon for discount. The platform is scalable and is able to support more than 50,000 concurrency per minute - easily handle spikes in traffic arising from campaigns launched by marketing teams. They are able to manage a very fine grain level of details e.g. Product-based & Lot-based Block List, Ban & Unban customer, manage global limits e.g. max. Number of wins, max. Number of entries etc.
This encourages customers to buy more products and hence a huge growth in sales has been anticipated.
